Return or cancellation  policy

Did not like the product no problem we are here to help we value your money.

Inform us via whatsapp or mail we will start a request of return, when we approve your request  

U have to ship the product to us (charges will be paid by u) with original packing and the box should be receive by us in 5 days when u say u shipped, the product should be in its original state not opened or used pls use a good courier partner and shere tracking details with us

If not in original state or our packing we will not initiate refund

We will do quality check ( will take 24-48 hrs) if all ok we will calculate refund price according  our refund policy

Refund policy and mode

We will take 2-3 working days to issue a refund code

And u cannot club this code with any other discount code 

We will issue a coupon code against your order value after deduction charges of shipping which u can use for future shopping

Will be valid indefinitely

Once used can not be repeated

And no partial use is entertained have to use full payment

Cancelation 

Cancellation only accepted before shipping

For cod orders we will call u before displacing your order if u dont answer or provide sufficient information we have right to deny your order

Prepaid orders canceled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction 

Total 200 will be charged for non-acceptance of  prepaid order for reverse shipment to back to us

Any refund code from previous order applied to the new order u cancel this time will be expired and can not used again

Damaged or used or not in original packing is not eligible 

Items which are informed above 24 hrs of receiving the product are not eligible

All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given.
