For jewelry we do not take any responsibility of color fading or any breakage 

And colors may be differ from photos shown in website

Payment problem

For payment we will not be liable to any struck payment

If your payment is struck contact us before again placing any order

Damages situation

 We check every product properly before dispatching it to our customers IHowever damage caused in transit after the product has been shipped is not in our control 

• You need to make 360* Video of parcel opening for any type of refund or exchange .
• Will not entertain any information received after 24 hours from the time you received the order.

• If you find out the package is damaged then don’t accept it as it can be refunded but if you  still accept the parcel then there will be no refund or exchange .

Missed Delivery : Our logistics partners attempt thrice to deliver your shipment. However, for orders which are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order at your request for an additional ₹250. All Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after the payment for the same is made online along with the additional shipping charges. 

Our delivery partner will attempt twice to deliver .If you missed your delivery you need to contact us at 8172046789.

 within two three hours you find out  . Maybe you need to go to the office or place where your order will be Because item is 

shipped from our side but you were not there . AT the end if order will be returned to us . we will reship it on your request but with additional shipping Charges .

Cash on delivery orders will be reshipped only after the online payment with additional shipping charges . once you did not accept COD order no Further COD parcel will be send on your address
